Bit of a disagreement in the reading world going on right now. Sony wants people to believe that the new Sony Reader is:


Sexier than a Librarian


Some people aren't buying it.

The reader that is.

Sony managed to tick off a segment of the population that they will depend on to sell their machine. Both librarians and those who love them.

In other Library News, Wyoming is having a campaign to promote their libraries that among it has billboards of
a truck rolling through the prairies towing a Trojan Horse, The Eiffel Tower as a windmill, and the Space Shuttle attached to a silo.


They also have this eye catching bumpersticker to promote their ChiltonLibrary auto repair database:
